Probiotics Australia has been designed based on the requirements of cGMP, HACCP, and ACO and it is continuously monitored and improved by our quality assurance department.
Probiotics Australia is commitment to quality and safety via the certification of cGMP by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) which is the regulatory body for therapeutic goods in Australia. The TGA is part of the Australian Government Department of Health established under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.
The scope of these certifications includes those processes related to API manufacturing and microbiological testing analysis. Such processes are designed and implemented in order to ensure compliance with active ingredient requirements and regulations as well as the continuous improvement of all its activities. The TGA does this by administering the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (the Act), which applies a risk management approach designed to ensure therapeutic goods supplied in Australia meet acceptable standards of quality and safety and also ensure that efficacy and performance standards are acceptable.
Our laboratory offers analytical microbiological, DNA sequencing and chemistry services for identification and the testing of raw materials, in-process formulations, finished products and formulation stability.
We have a highly trained team of professionals with extensive experience and a broad working knowledge which all is working together to enhance life through biotechnology.
Probiotics Australia is committed to our founding ethos which is built around three main pillars; Quality, Innovative Process Technology and Research in Functionality.
