Domestic Orders
1. General Information
Depending on your location and address supplied, Probiotics Australia uses either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post for product deliveries. Orders placed via this website before 12pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day.
2. Charges
Customers will be charged the current Australia postage rates for all orders. In some cases we will use Fastway courier services to improve delivery times at the cost of Probiotics Australia.

International Orders
1. Taxes and Duties
All orders with a shipping address outside Australia do not attract Australian GST. Customers are responsible for any local charges including VAT, custom duties etc. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Courier (EMS).

Probiotics Australia charges low shipping rates for all international orders. The charges are based on the weight and destination of the parcel.
